Pre-Order the 2011 Reunion Book from Horseheads, NY

Once again SGS will compile and produce a Souvenir Book commemorating the Seeley Genealogical Society’s 2011 International Reunion. The book’s contents will be similar to those of the past four reunions and will include lots of pictures of attendees (accompanied by the names of those in the photos to help you learn our cousins’ names).

It will include a “Dedication” page and a list of SGS members known to have recently passed; it will include reunion highlights; a description of the tours we took; copies of the presentations; a copy of the SGS Constitution and By-Laws; a copy of the Treasurer’s report; a list of past reunion locations and the reunion officers elected; a list of reunion attendees with a group photo, and more.

The book is designed to inform members who were unable to attend the reunion of what took place at the Horseheads reunion AND as a souvenir for those who did attend. This is one part of our initiative to document our society.

We anticipate the books will be mailed early next year. To give you an idea of the book’s probable size, the 2009 Reunion Souvenir Book was 94 pages.
