PEKIN – (PNS) – Mrs. Lillian May Abramson, 61, died Wednesday morning in a New York City hospital where she had been a patient since November.

She will be brought to the Noel Funeral Home in Pekin where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. The Dr. Arno A. Zimmermann, pastor of St. Paul Evangelical and Reform Church of Pekin, will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.

Mrs. Abramson was born May 30, 1893, in Pekin, a daughter of John and Lena Scheeler Seelye.

She married Joseph Abramson in 1920 in New York City.

Surviving are her husband; two brothers, John Seelye, Pekin: Irvin, Peoria; one sister, Mrs. Harry William, Pekin.

A sister preceded her in death.

She was a member of St. Paul Evangelical and Reform Church in Pekin. She had lived in New York City the past 43 years.
