LA CROSSE - Edith L. Bizek, 90, died April 10, 1987. at Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend. Born Edith L. Seelye April 4, 1897, in northern Rush County, she married Charles J. Bizek June 15, 1922, at Dodge City. He died Nov. 7, 1984.
She was a lifetime resident of Rush County.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church, La Crosse, and the Hays Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors: son, Clifford C., Dallas; daughters, Elaine Barker and Patricia Raikes, both of Topeka, Charlotte Biays, Ellinwood; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Janousek Funeral Home, La Crosse, the Rev. John Daly. Burial will be in La Crosse Cemetery. Memorials may go to the United Methodist Church, La Crosse.
