VIRGINIA MAE BRIER, BLOOMINGTON

Virginia Mae Brier, 31, a 29-year resident of Bloomington, entered heavenly rest September 3, 1985 at her residence in Bloomington.

Born in Seattle, Washington, she had been a Secretary for 4 years to J.E. Russell and Co. and belonged to the Bloomington Church of the Nazarene.

Survived by her husband, C. Garry Brier; parents, Donald and Mavis Seely, of Bloomington; grandfather, Charles Seely of Rialto; parents-in-law, Charles and Juanita Brier of Redlands; sisters, Georgia Deaton of Santa Paula, Marilyn Tarbox of Rialto and Caroline Ashton of Bloomington.

Visitation 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. today in the Rialto Chapel of the Allen McNearney Funeral Home. Service 10 a.m. Friday in the Bloomington Church of the Nazarene, Rev. Don King officiating. Interment in Green Acres Cemetery. Family requests remembrances to the City of Hope Foundation, in memory of Virginia Mae Brier.
