HENRY - Irvina Fern Renee Crull, 85, of Henry, formerly of Chillicothe, passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at Heartland Health Care Center in Henry.
She was born Sept. 13, 1927, in Jefferson City, Mo., the daughter of Irving C. and Rachel F. (Nash) Seeley. She married Guy Crull in 1968 in Princeton, Ill. He preceded her in death in 2006.
She is survived by her son, Walter (Lynn) Dunbar, along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her loving stepchildren, Tom (Connie) Crull and Patty (Danny) Donath, along with a number of stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; stepdaughter, Sandy (John) Brian; one brother; and one sister who died in infancy.
She worked for the state of Illinois in Henry, Ill. When she retired, she and Guy moved to Chillicothe.
She was active in the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post No. 9 of Chillicothe.
When Guy passed away, she moved back to Henry, and when her health would no longer let her live by herself, she had to move to Heartland Health Care Center in Henry.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2012, at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe. The Rev. Raymond Harrison will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Chillicothe City Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Rescue 33, Chillicothe American Legion Post No. 9 or the Henry Ambulance Service.
