Marie D. Curl (nee Seeley), age 84 of Woodbury, NJ formerly of Mantua died Thursday, March 4th, 2010. Mrs. Curl was a resident of Woodbury for the last 11 years. She retired from CBS records in 1977. An avid animal lover, she enjoyed sitting in her sunroom feeding birds, squirrels, rabbits and the occasional duck. Marie especially adored her grandchildren.
Wife of the late Henry Clay Curl, she is survived by her children, Robert and his wife Pam, Patricia "Patsy", Patrick, Mary Bernard, Thomas C. and his wife Eileen, Rose Marie Stitzell and her husband Bernard, 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and her best friend Eleanor Kovilartich, Marie was predeceased by her daughters, June and Caroline.
Relatives and friends may visit with the family Monday, March 8th, 2010 at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 47 Main St., Mantua, NJ from 6:30 to 8:30 PM where a memorial services will be held 8:30 PM. Contributions in Marie's memory may be made to Heartland Hospice, 800 Jessup Rd., Sherwood Professional Bldg. Suite 808, Thorofare, NJ 08086.
