Mrs. Robert Emerson
Mrs. Alta Jane Emerson, 45, of Rouseville, died at the Oil City hospital, Saturday morning, following illness since last September. She was daughter of the late Robert and Adlie Seely of Enterprise. Besides the husband, she leaves the following children: Mrs. John Bresee of Dunkirk, N.Y., Robert, Jr., Ivan, John, Harold, William, Howard and Jean at home. There is also one sister, Mrs. Charles Varner, and a brother, Burton Seely, both of Enterprise.
The body was prepared for interment at the W.J. Arnold funeral home where friends may call up to 1 p.m., Tuesday. Funeral services will be conducted from the Troy Center M.E. church at 2 p.m., Tuesday, with Rev. E.W. Chitester of Rouseville, officiating, and the interment will be made in the church cemetery.
