FRANCES E. "BETTY" FRENCH, 80, of Beverly Hills died Thursday. A native of Newton, Mass., she moved to this area 13 years ago from West Newton, Mass. She was a secretary for Xerox Corp., and member of the Order of Eastern Star, Beverly Hills Congregation Church and First Parish Church in Waltham, Mass. She is survived by her husband, Edward L.; a son, Bruce of Beverly Hills; two daughters, Barbara Lemoine of Beverly Hills and Marcia Lambert of Attleboro, Mass.; two brothers, Donald Seeley of Saco, Maine, and Richard Seeley of Cotuit, Mass.; a sister, Dorothea Woodruff of Stoughton, Mass.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Hooper Funeral Homes & Crematory, Beverly Hills Chapel.
