MRS. HASTINGS DIES SUDDENLY

Wife of Thomas Hastings Succumbs Following Long Illness

Mrs. Flossie Hastings died at 2 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, at her home at 408 West South street, following a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Thomas A. Hastings of Neosho; five daughters, Mrs. Martha Ellen Jones and Mrs. Jewell Jeff, both of Azusa, California, Mrs. Flossie Entriken of Columbia, Missouri, Mrs. Bessie Wilson of Bellflower, California, Mrs. Zenobia Wilson of Port Arthur, Texas, and twelve grandchildren, her father, J.F. Seely of Senecca, Missouri, three brothers, U.T. Seely of Wichita, Kansas, James Seely of Eugene, Oregon, and O.F. Seely of Joplin, Missouri, and three sisters, Mrs. Zona Delapp of Rockaway, Oregon, Mrs. Osta Yates of Stella, and Mrs. Bess Florreich of Chicago.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete pending the arrival of relatives, but are in charge of the Thompson Funeral Home.
