Patricia Seley Groover Higgins Patricia Seley Groover Higgins, 78, passed away Tuesday December 5, 2006, at her home. She was born in Erie, Pa., was a member of First Christian Church as was very active in her church. Patricia is survived by her daughters, Suzanne (William) Meyer and Kathleen DeGaris; grandchildren, Patricia, Libby, Andrew and Sarah; and four great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 9th at First Christian Church in Titusville. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Erie, Pa. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice of St. Franics 1250-B Grumman Place, Titusville, FL 32780. Arrangements entrusted to East Coast Cremation, Rockledge, FL 321-632-1350
