MARY J. LUDWIG of Port Charlotte, Florida, formerly of Rootstown, Ohio passed away peacefully October 17, 2013 at her son Allen's home. She was born July 16, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio to Florence and Clifford Seeley. Mary was a nurse for many years, receiving her LPN March of 1958, and was also retired from General Electric Ravenna Lamp Plant with 25 years of service; she had also been a Junior Achievement advisor. Mary enjoyed cake decorating and was an avid doll collector. She is survived by her son Allen, daughter-in-laws Donna and Patricia, six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; brother, Gerald Seeley and many nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Martin, stepson Martin Jr.; son Daniel, brother Clifford Seeley and sister Delores Zarczynski. A celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. November 16, 2013 at Grandview Memorial Park, 5400 Lakewood Road, Ravenna, Ohio. Pastor Derrick Kendrick will be officiating. A reception will follow at the Church of God, 333 Ravenna Avenue, Ravenna, Ohio. Family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Church.
