Fay Seely Winn Maringer, age 88, returned home December 14, 1991. She died peacefully in a local hospital of pneumonia.
She was born September 10, 1903 in McRath, Canada to Don Ralph and Frances Fisher Seely. On October 28, 1925 she married Ralph Elwood Winn in the Salt Lake LDS Temple; he died October 1, 1967. She married Fred Maringer June 25, 1969; he died March 30, 1976. She loved serving the Lord and held many church positions, she found great joy in doing temple work. Her home always had a beautiful garden full of roses. She loved to do handwork and was an exceptional and caring woman.
Fay is survived by her three children and their spouses, Luana and Henry Hilton, Sandy; Kay Winn and Flavio Pacheco, Salt Lake City; and David R. and Vera Winn, Cottonwood Heights; eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter; sisters, Beth Treadway, Murray; Raola Weenig, Salt Lake City; and brother, Wilson M. Seely, St. George.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 21, 1991, 2 p.m. at the Mt. View Memorial Estates Mortuary, 3115 East 7800 So. where the viewing will be two hours prior. Interment, Mt. View Memorial Estates Cemetery.
