ILAH M. McPHERSON of Marion Springs
Age 74, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at the Chesaning Nursing Care Center. Ilah was born on February 19, 1936 in Saginaw to Fredrick Jay and Beatrice Lousia (Parks) Seeley. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of St. Charles. Ilah enjoyed reading and watching westerns.
Surviving are her children and their spouses, Dan (Denise) McPherson, of St. Charles, Tina McPherson, of Brant, and Virginia (Tony) Decicco, of North Carolina; nine grandchildren, Tammy McDougall, Wendy Walsh, Kelly Jones, Dan McPherson, Jamie and Tony Decicco, and Ryan, Jordan and Christina Bagley; 11 greatgrandchildren, Travis and Savanna Burgess, David, Haley and Spencer Sporcic, Joey and Kaley Walsh, Tiffany, Heather and Ashley Plowman, and Makenzie McPherson; two brothers and two sisters, Arlin “Bud” and Don Seeley, Beatrice Ketner and Maxine Steele; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Fred Jr. and Arold “Bob” Seeley.
Per Ilah's request, cremation has taken place and a memorial service was held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in St. Charles. Pastor Darold English officiated.
