MILLARD

Mrs. Stella M. Millard, 61, of 525 N. Washington St. died at 9:10 a.m. Friday, June 27, 1986, in Titusville Hospital following an extended illness.

Mrs. Millard formerly resided on the Fauncetown Road, Guys Mills, RD 2.

She was born at Enterprise on Feb. 6, 1925, a daughter of the late Burton R. and Blanche Wright Seeley. She was married to Clinton W. Millard on Feb. 28, 1942, at Ripley, N.Y. Mr. Millard died on Nov. 25, 1982.

She attended schools in the Enterprise area.

Mrs. Millard was employed as a waitress in several local restaurants. She later worked as a private duty companion for several families in Titusville.

Mrs. Millard attended Chapmanville Community Church and was a former member of the Bruce Shorts Post, 5958, VFW Auxiliary.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Fred (Patricia) Tracy of Aurora, Ohio; eights sons, Ronnie Millard of Conneaut, Ohio; William Millard of Townville, James Millard and Bruce Millard of Titusville, Jerry L. Millard and Marty Millard of Titusville, RD 5; Daniel Millard of Titusville, RD 4; and Douglas Millard with the U.S. Navy at Virginia Beach, Va.; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Millard is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Arthur (Marion) Paden of Grand Valley, Mrs. Fred (Daisey) Jones of Titusville, RD 2; Mrs. Margaret Wakefield of Titusville, Burton Seeley Jr. of Grand Valley, RD 1; Mrs. Phyllis Keyes of Titusville, Robert Seeley of Pleasantville, Jack Seeley of Grand Valley, RD 1; Mrs. Alfred (Nina) Mitchell of Spartansburg, Richard Seeley of Pleasantville, Mrs. Michael (Ann) Cartney of Titusville, Mrs. Joseph (Charlotte) Gustafson of Saegertown, Harold Seeley of Townville, Mrs. Martin (Virginia) Hubert of Centerville, RD 1; Donald Seeley of Spartansburg, Mrs. Thelma Postalwait and Miss Marilyn Seeley of Erie, Mrs. Robert (Alta) Webber of Meadville, Mrs. Steven (Shirley) Beers of Titusville, Mrs. Harry (Gloria) Grow of Corry, Herbert Seeley with the U.S. Army in North Carolina and Mrs. Richard (Alice) Jones of Titusville, RD 2.

Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and attend the funeral service there on Monday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Dillon Vroman of Meadville officiating. Interment will be in Jameson Corners Cemetery.

The funeral service for Mrs. Stella M. Millard was conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 1986, from the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home with Rev. Dillon Vroman of Meadville officiating.

Interment was in Jameson Corners Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Robert Seeley, Dennis Seeley, Fred Tracy Jr., Brian Tracy, Philip Beers and Bill Orner.

Inadvertently omitted from Mrs. Millard’s obituary was a daughter, Bonda B. Millard, who died in February of 1985.
