MOLLOY, GOLDIE PRISCILLA - The death of Mrs. Goldie P. (Seely) Molloy, wife of the late George Molloy occurred on October 6, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on December 2, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Hazel (Peckham) Seely. Mrs. Molloy was the secretary at the Saint John School of Nursing when it was on Waterloo Street and Coburg Street. She was a life long member of Carleton-Kirk United Church. She is survived by two sons, Gregg (Linda) Burgess of Saint John, and Dennis G. (Ellen) Burgess of Cody's; a sister, Gloria Harper of Saint John West; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Brian Molloy. Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John West (634-1701) with visitation to take place on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 1 pm from "Fallsview" Chapel. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Following the interment a reception will take place at the Fallsview Family Reception Centre.
