Eleanor C. Morett

Eleanor C. Morett, 80, of Aldan, a former cafeteria worker who was active in her community, died March 23 at home.

Mrs. Morett was born in Philadelphia. She was employed as a cafeteria worker by the William Penn School District until her retirement. Mrs. Morett was a former chairperson of the Delaware County Softball League and past president of Aldan Girls Club. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Collingdale, and its senior citizens club.

Mrs. Morett was the sister of the late George Seeley and Charles Seeley.

Survivors: Husband of 60 years, Chalmers F. Morett sons, Charles Morett of Turnersville, N.J., James Morett of West Chester, Donald Morett of Lancaster, Daniel Morett of Aldan, Jeffrey Morett of Lansdowne daughters, Janice Greller of Stuart, Fla., Charlene Morett of State College sister, Marie Curl brother, James Seeley eight grandchildren five great-grandchildren.

Mass: 10 a.m. Friday, St. Joseph's Church, 500 Woodlawn Ave., Collingdale.

Visitation: 7 p.m. Thursday, McFadden Funeral Home, 7 Springfield Road, Aldan.

Burial: Private.
