Minerva Seeley Olin

Mrs. Grant Olin, 75, Albany, former Janesville resident died this morning in Stoughton Hospital after several years failing health. She was a past president of Rock County Woman’s Christian Temperance Union. Mr. and Mrs. Olin lived in Janesville 40 years locating in Albany two years ago.

The former Minerva Seeley was born in Rice Lake, Oct. 1, 1888. She was married to Grant Olin Sept. 7, 1920, in Rice Lake. She was a member of Rice Lake Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband: one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Stone, Rte. 2, Evansville: two sons, Clayton Faver, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Maurice Faver, Rte. 2, Evansville; four grandchildren: one brother, William Seeley, Olympia, Wash.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Overton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Milton Lawns Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday evening from 7 to 9.
