Barbara Jean Penner, age 80, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2014, in Sebring, Florida. She was born on December 7, 1933, in Bath, Michigan to the late Ivan and Pauline (McCoy) Seeley. She had been a resident of Sebring since 1999 coming from Harrison, Michigan. Barbara loved crossword puzzles, knitting and cross-stitching baby quilts. She is survived her children: Roxann Sheets (Dan) – Sebring, FL; Marvin Penner, Jr. (Elaine) – Lakeland, FL, siblings: JoAnn Travis (Joe) – MI; Lorraine Renfro (Jim) – NC; Louise Thompson (Roy) – MS; Ray Seeley (Joan) – MI, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
