Edith Tran

GRAFTON – Mrs. Edith Tran, 66, died Monday evening at Elyria Memorial Hospital after a two weeks illness.

Born January 22, 1870, she spent her entire life in LaGrange twp. She was a member of the Methodist church, and a past president and teacher of the Women’s Bible class; a life member of the Grange and a past president of the Homemaker’s club.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Cox and a son, Morris Tran, and a grandson of LaGrange twp; two sisters, Miss Nina Seeley and Mrs. Rena Mohler, both of LaGrange twp; four brothers, Charley:, Sandusky; Horace, Elyria; and Bryon and Jessie Seeley of LaGrange twp.

The body is at the Russel D. Fulton funeral home, where friends may call.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the Grafton Methodist church with Rev. Harold Willman officiating.

Burial will be made in LaGrange cemetery.
