Mrs. Belle S. Wayne - Services for Mrs. Belle S. Wayne, 67, of 1246 Forest ave., Evanston, will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the chapel at 1567 Maple ave., in the suburb. Mrs. Wayne, widow of Warren Wayne, died Wednesday in her home. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Lois Fritsch, Mrs. Florence DeFrancesco, Mrs. Fred J. Miller, and Mrs. Frank DeFrancesco; a son, William; 12 grandchildren; two brothers; and a sister.
