Bea G. Wenhart

Bea G. Wenhart, 55, of Akron died unexpectedly after a brief illness, on Oct. 17, 2002.

She was active in the community, helped in numerous political campaigns, started a neighborhood watch group, and was active with City Council and the Akron Police Department.

She is survived by her best friend and husband of 38 years, Robert L. Wenhart Sr.; son, Robert (Jessica) Wenhart Jr.; daughter, Barbara (Bill) Berger; grandchildren, Tabitha and Robert Wenhart, Joey Berger; stepgrandchildren, Tara and David Boettler; brothers, Fred (Linda) Seeley, George (Marybeth) Seeley; sisters, Julie (Ronald) Deuri, Kathy (Randy) Kirchenbauer; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends too numerous to mention.

Her cheerful smile and ever-optimistic attitude will be greatly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, Oct. 21, 2002, at 10 a.m., at St. Sebastian's Catholic Church. Cremation following.
