Frederick Allen Seley

A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 15, 1999, in Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel in Vancouver, Wash., for Frederick Allen Seley, who died Oct. 11 of lung cancer at age 61.

Mr. Seley was born Aug. 6, 1938, in Glendive, Mont. He served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years and then in the Army until 1991. After moving to La Center, Wash., five years ago, he managed an AM/PM Mini Market in Woodland for three years and then was a business manager for Roto-Rooter in Portland until 1998. In 1958, he married Darlene Gaynell Tetz.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Carlene R. Claycamp of Hamburg, Germany, and Wendy K. of Vancouver; mother, Helga of Battle Ground, Wash.; sisters, Doreen Seley Hyman of Scranton, S.C., and Nancy of Vancouver; and three grandchildren.

Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Vancouver. The family suggests remembrances to the American Cancer Society.
