Cilley, Nancy Elizabeth Age 78, died Monday June 12 in Ann Arbor. Born in Brown City Michigan to Lafayette and Florence (Gunn) Cilley. Nancy was an Educator for 38 years and a mentor to many in the teaching field. Her career began at the University School in Ann Arbor and continued at the Huron School District from which she later retired. After retirement, she continued her love for teaching at Children's Playschool (Towsley Nursery School) in Ann Arbor. Nancy was a bright, cultural person. She enjoyed the arts, music, and was an avid reader. She loved nature and could be found working in her beautiful gar dens. Nancy was also a gourmet cook. Her friends enjoyed many delicious meals at her home. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a heart of gold. Nancy was a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her many friends and her loving pets (Missy and Honeybun). Cremation has taken place. Donations may be made to National Parkinson Foundation, Inc. or Alzheimer's Association.
