DEATH FOLLOWS STROKE SUSTAINED ON WEDNESDAY

Mrs. Addie Faunce Seeley, aged 62 years, passed away Saturday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Varner, 224 North Martin street, following a stroke sustained on Wednesday last week.

Mrs. Seeley was daughter of George W., and Matilda Strump Faunce, and was born at Fauncetown on May 12, 1867. When about 18 years of age she was united in marriage with William R. Seeley, who passed away on September 8, 1929. For many years Mr. and Mrs. Seeley resided at Enterprise and enjoyed a wide acquaintance among whom they were held in high esteem.

Besides the daughter mentioned, there survives another daughter, Mrs. Richard Emerson of the Spring Creek road and a son Bert Seeley of Enterprise and one brother, George P. Faunce of the Spring Creek road. There are eleven grandchildren. Mrs. Seeley was a member of the Enterprise M.E. church.

The body was removed to the W.J. Arnold mortuary to be prepared for interment and will be taken, Tuesday, to the Troy Center M.E. church, where funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. , with Rev. L.E. Elbel, pastor of the Enterprise M.E. church, officiating. Interment will be made in the Troy Center cemetery.
