A 68 year-old camper, Charles E. Seeley, of 1101 Shoemaker Road, Webster, was stricken early Sunday morning at the Fish Creek Campsite and was dead on arrival at Mercy General Hospital, about 11 a.m.

The Seeley family has camped at Fish Creek for 30 years.

The body was removed to the John M. Hedges Funeral Home in Rochester where a funeral service will be held Wednesday afternoon and interment in White Haven Memorial Park, East Rochester.

He was born in Binghamton, May 1896, the son of Frank and Bessie Lawrence Seely. Surviving are his wife, the former May Crosby MacLafferty; two sons, Kenneth Seely of Unionville, Conn., and Lawrence G. Seely of Macedon, and six grandchildren.
