Charles "Buzz" Hollis Seeley, 48, of Cass City died Thursday, Dec. 24, [1992], in Bad Axe, after a long illness.

He was born Dec. 3, 1944, in Hazel Park, the son of Hazel (Hower) Seeley of Cass City and the late Hollis Seeley.

He married Carol Dodge in March of 1965 in Cass City. They lived in Cass City and Ypsilanti. He married Mrs. Roberta Slieff Fisher in Flint Aug. 11, 1973. They made their home in Goodrich and Ubly.

A 1963 graduate of Cass City High School, Seeley attended Central Michigan University. He was a Michigan State Trooper for 18 years in Ypsilanti, Flint, and Bad Axe.

He is survived by 3 sons, Christopher and wife Carrie of Wyoming, Mich., Jeffrey of North Branch and Brian of Cass City; one daughter, Mrs. Kimberly Thompson and husband John of North Branch; 2 grandchildren, Cadence and Michael; his mother, Mrs. Hazel Seeley of Cass City; 2 sisters, Miss Sheryl Seeley of Wilmot, and Miss Janis Seeley of Cass City; and dear friend, Elaine Talaski of Bad Axe. One sister, Kathleen, preceded him in death.

Funeral services were conducted Monday at the Salem United Methodist Church of Cass City with the Rev. Kenneth Ray, pastor, officiating.

Interment was in Elkland Cemetery, Cass City.

Arrangements were made by Little's Funeral Home, Cass City.

Memorials may be made to Hospice.
