Constance Seeley

Constance 'Connie' (Haskell) Seeley of W. Wareham, formerly of Mattapoisett, died Friday, October 14th at her home.

She was the wife of the late Robert F. Seeley and she was the daughter of the late Milton S. & Doris Dean (Gurney) Haskell.

Born in W. Barrington, RI, she moved to Brockton attending the Copeland School until moving to Mattapoisett. She attended the Center School and Fairhaven High School. Mrs. Seeley received a diploma from Swain School of Design and she also attended Southeastern University and Rhode Island School of Design.

Mrs. Seeley was a teacher's aid at Sippican School in Marion for 24 years.

She was a member of Reservation Golf Club for many years until moving to Wareham and continued to play golf at Little Harbor Country Club. Her first joy was her family. She also enjoyed the outdoors, friends, all arts, music and crafts.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna S. Larcom and her husband Richard of Easton, NH and Pamela A. Desmarais and her husband, J.C. of Pocasset; four grandsons, Richard W. Larcom, III, Robert G. Larcom, Kyle C. Desmarais and Matthew B. Desmarais.

A memorial service celebrating the life of both Connie and her late husband Robert will be held on Sunday, October 23rd at the Stott, Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham at 1:00 PM.
