Diana M. Seeley, age 83, a resident of River's Bend Health & Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc, formerly of 2728 12th St., Two Rivers, died early Monday morning, June 17, 2013 at the center, with her family at her side.

Diana was born January 8, 1930, in Two Rivers, to the late Adolph and Ruth (Johnson) Gilbert, and was a graduate of Washington High School in Two Rivers, with the class of 1948. On July 11, 1953, she married Clarence Seeley at St. John's Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. Diana worked at Hamilton Industries for several years, before becoming a homemaker - raising her children & caring for her family. She was a very active member of Calvary Lutheran Church, especially with the Quilters Group. Diana enjoyed baking, sewing, gardening, her flower garden, and loved the holiday seasons. She was also very devoted to her family, and cherished the time spent with her children & grandchildren. She was devoted to her church family, as well as her extended family; and will be missed by many.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence; one son, Tom Seeley of Missouri & special friend, Cecilia Marques; one daughter & son-in-law, Kay and Todd Wojta of Madison; and two grandchildren, Eric Wojta, and Kyle Wojta & his wife, Allison. She is further survived by two brothers & three sisters-in-law, Bill (Pat) Gilbert, Norris Gilbert, and Ollie Gilbert, all of Two Rivers, and Madelon Grant of Ohio; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her mother-in-law & father-in-law, Edith and Roy Seeley; five brothers & three sisters-in-law: Myron, Floyd, Lloyd, and Elton Gilbert, Harold "Butch" (Judy) Gilbert, Joan Gilbert, and Hazel Gilbert.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Calvary Lutheran Church, 1921 Adams St., Two Rivers. Rev. Kay Richter will officiate at the service, with burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Hwy. 310, Manitowoc at a later date.

The family will greet relatives and friends at Calvary Lutheran Church, from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. Thursday morning. There will be no visitation this evening.

Diana's family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff of River's Bend Health & Rehab. Center for their compassionate care over the years. Special thanks also to Lakeland Cure District, especially Anna & Kim for their help and guidance.
