SEELEY, George H. 83, of Lebanon since 1958 and formerly Midway, IN, died Thursday, November 8, 2012 at his home. Born in Bushton, IL on July 29, 1929 to Robert H. & Lula (nee: Hobbs) Seeley, he served in the U.S. Army Air Corps 82nd Airborne Screaming Eagles during World War II and the Korean Conflict. Mr. Seeley retired from Roadway Express in the mid 1980's after nearly 30 years of service. He was a lifetime member of Lebanon V.F.W., a member of Lebanon Lodge #26 F. & A.M. and the D.A.V.

Preceded in death by his parents, wife Margaret June Seeley, brothers, Gaylon, Roy and Raymond Seeley, and sisters, Laura Beach and Grace Martin. Survivors include one son, Bob Seeley (Sheila) of Lebanon, two daughters, Pam Yeazel (Donald) of Oregonia and Vicki Jones of Lebanon, brothers, Ellis Seeley of Columbus, IN and Wayne Seeley of Charleston, IL, six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Visitation was held Wednesday, November 14th, 11:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, with a memorial service that immediately followed, all at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Inurnment was in Lebanon Cemetery. Online condolences are available at www.hoskinsfh.com.
