George T. Seeley III

Sunrise September 26, 1968 ~ Sunset December 14, 2013

George Thomas Seeley III was born September 26, 1968 in East Meadow, New York to the late George Thomas Seeley Jr. and Evangelist Vivian I. Seeley. He was called home suddenly on December 14, 2013.

He attended Amityville Memorial High School in which he graduated in 1987 and enlisted in the United States Army. He served his country faithfully for three years.

George was affectionately known as Tommy to his friends and family. George will always be remembered as a respectful and compassionate young man.

George was quiet but like his father, he had a great sense of humor that could brighten up any situation and put a smile on your face. When George’s father passed away, he proudly took his place as the head of the family. George loved his family unconditionally, especially his mother, who he treated like a queen. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t provide for her. George was humble, sweet and kindhearted. George joined the church at an early age and was baptized at Jesus Witness Independent Pentecostal Church in Amityville, New York.

George worked for Malvese & Co. Inc. for over 15 years. Also a special acknowledgement to ABLE Equipment Rental Inc., a company which in even the short 6 months of employment there, he talked about how much he enjoyed his job and the people he worked with.

He leaves to mourn his mother Evangelist Vivian Inez Seeley, one sister Sarah Blossom, one brother William David, five nieces and nephews, Dahlil, Kyla, William, Madison and Samiya, Melody Grayson in whom he shared time with and life long friend Michael Miller, along with a host of many other friends and family. Also an acknowledgement to a special friend Eunice Miller who was a very important part of his life for the last two years.
