Harold J. Seeley RFC Loan Examiner

Harold Jesse Seeley, a loan examiner of the Reconstruction Finance Corp. for the last 20 years, died yesterday at his home, 21 Philadelphia avenue, Takoma Park, Md., of sclerosis. He had been ill since last September.

Mr. Seeley was born in Dunkirk, N.Y., and went to high school there. He served in the Mexican border campaign in the New York National Guard and was in the Army during World War I. He attended West Point for a year.

He was a bank examiner in New York State before he came here 20 years ago with the RFC.

Mr. Seeley was a Shriner, a 32d Degree Mason in the Takoma Park lodge and a former trustee of Takoma Park Presbyterian Church.

Survivors are his widow, Marjorie B.; four daughters, Ann, 14; Bonnie, 13, Barbara, 12, and Sarah Jane, 4, and his mother, Mrs. Ruby T. Seeley, a registered nurse, all of the Takoma Park address.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Takoma Park Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Rock Creek Cemetery. Instead of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Fund or the Takoma Park Presbyterian Church.
