Les Seeley
1957 - 2014

Leslie "Les" Adair Seeley was born in Belen, New Mexico, to Clair Mont and Meisa Hilda (Miller) Seeley on Dec. 19, 1957. Les had many interests in his life and he was a man of many talents and skills. There wasn't much he couldn't, or wouldn't, try to fix. Before coming to study and work at Utah State University, Les lived and worked with boats and people in southern Utah, which he loved. Les earned a BS in Computer Science from USU and he began working for the Electrical and Computer Engineering department as an IT specialist and later moved to the Dean's Office in the College of Engineering.

His hobbies included (but were never limited to) boating and camping, photography, riding his motorcycle, playing guitar, ANYTHING computer and tinkering in his garage with Jazzmine at his side.

Les is survived by Jazzmine (his ever-so-loyal canine companion), two brothers, Clair Mont Seeley II and Kevin Andrew Seeley (Kelly), a sister, Helene Labelle Seeley, step-siblings Linda, Gary and Dane Olsen, and two nephews, Logan and Nick.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, in the Tippetts Gallery in the Fine Arts Center at USU.

We will all remember our own special something about you, Les. Be free and at peace, dear friend!
