Milton H. Seeley, 83 Former manager at Mass Camera

TUFTONBORO, NH - Milton H. Seeley, 83, formerly of 13 Pine Tree Drive, passed away Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 at Wolfeboro Bay Care, Genesis of Wolfeboro.

He was born March 31, 1929 in Laconia, NH the son of the late Harold J. and Laura (Richards) Seeley. Milton had lived in Laconia for several years and was a graduate of Laconia High School, Class of 1948.

Following high school he served in the Army National Guard, then attended college at Providence Bible Institute in Providence, RI where he met his wife Maxine. In 1954 he was drafted in the U.S. Army Air Corps serving on Air Force bases in Air Traffic Control.

After serving his country he worked for Ford Motor Company in Michigan, in housing construction in New Hampshire, and several years as warehouse manager for Mass Camera in Lynn, Massachusetts. He and his wife moved to Center Tuftonboro, NH in 1994 to retire.

Milton was a member of the First Christian Church of Wolfeboro, NH and was active in his 1948 high school alumni group, which met frequently.

His is survived by his loving wife Maxine (Hanes) Seeley, Wolfeboro, NH and his children Mark Seeley (wife Karen), Rockland, MA; Marilyn Farley (husband Alan), Wolfeboro, NH and Martha Gagnon (husband Peter), Lynn, MA, six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren as well as two brothers, Rev. Dr. Richard Seeley, Middletown, CT and Elden Seeley, Lynn, MA, a sister Elizabeth Mitchell, Chicago, IL. He was predeceased by a son, Marlon Seeley who died November 17, 2001.

Service Information: There will be no calling hours. A celebration of his life will be on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the First Christian Congregational Church, 83 North Main St., Wolfeboro, NH. A graveside service will be held at the Townhouse Cemetery, Tuftonboro, NH in the spring. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Christian Church Memorial Fund or Meals on Wheels, PO Box 453, Wolfeboro, NH 03894.
