Nathan Seeley, a retired merchant and founder of the firm of Seeley Brothers, paint dealers, is dead from heart disease at his Summer home in Poland Springs, Me., in his seventy-first year. He was born in Bethel, Conn., and came here when a boy. In addition to his other business, he was the principal owner in the street railways of Worcester, Mass. Mr. Seeley was one of the founders of the Downtown Club and was a member of the Union Club for thirty-four years and a former member of the New York Yacht and Manhattan Clubs. He lived for thirty-nine years at 25 East Twenty-ninth Street and left a widow and two sons.
