WINSLOW - Pam Seeley, 72, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, July 16, surrounded by her family and friends.

Born in Waterville to Mariette Labbe and Raymond Poirier, Pam graduated from Winslow High School. She worked at the Hathaway Shirt Co. and at Emery Brown in their business offices for several years. She graduated from Thomas College with a bachelor's degree in business.

Pam was an instructor at Kennebec Valley VTC/KVCC from its start in 1969, teaching a number of courses in the business program for 34 years and then continuing to teach part-time for 4 more years following her retirement.

Pam is survived by her loving son, Craig Seeley; her loving sister and brother-in-law Kate and Steve Jolicoeur; her niece, Karen Budd and her husband, Patrick; her nephew Tim Jolicoeur and his wife, Stefanie; and 6 great-nieces and great-nephews. She is also survived by her former husband, Calvin Seeley; by her loving Seeley family; and by special friends Carlene Bourgoin, Donna Glenn, Ann Norsworthy, Janet Sibley, Jane Witham and Marjorie York.

Pam's family extend their heartfelt thanks for the care and compassion given to Pam by the Maine General Hospice nurses, especially Kathy Roy, R.N., and to Pam's caregivers, Adeeba, Aminah, Becky, Dawn, Linda, Lorna, and Michelle.

At Pam's request there will be no visitation hours. A graveside service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may make donations in her memory to the Humane Society Waterville Area, 100 Webb Road, Waterville, ME 04901 or to Maine General Hospice, 10 Water Street, Suite 307, Waterville, ME 04901 and will be gratefully acknowledged.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Dan and Scott's Cremation and Funeral Services, 445 Waterville Road, Skowhegan.
