MADISON – Raymond M. Seeley, age 71, of 4906 Black Oak Drive, Madison, passed away on Saturday, June 9, 1990 at his home of cancer. He was born February 27, 1919 in Bloom City, Crawford County, to Bird and Ruby Seely. He served in the United States Army during World War II and received the Purple Heart. Mr. Seeley retired as a security guard from Oscar Mayer and Company in 1981. Survivors include his beloved wife of 47 years, Pauline I. Seeley; three daughters, Nancy Kelilher, Judy (Pat) Burns, and Jeanette Cass; a son, Raymond P. (Yvonne) Seeley; 10 grandchildren; and a great grandson; two brothers, Bernard and Norman; a sister, Violet Clancy; a special uncle, Gilbert (Gib) Seely; and also an aunt, Roxie. Memorial services will be held at the Gunderson Funeral Home, 5203 Monona Drive, at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, with Reverend Milo Ken Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens with Military Graveside Rites.

He was a very loving, caring, and understanding man who fought hard to live. He will be missed so very much by his family and friends.
