Thomas E. Seeley, 90, of Syracuse, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013. Thomas was the son of Edgar and Elizabeth Seeley of Syracuse and Ovid, NY. Thomas graduated from St. Patrick's High School and Central City Business Institute. During World War II, Thomas served three years in the 730th Air Squadron as Tech Sergeant, Army of the United States. He graduated from Army Administration School at Arkansas State College before his transfer to the European Theatre. Thomas was employed with New York Telephone Company for 40 years in the Syracuse area. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and the American Legion. He was a life member of the CWA, the Telephone Pioneers and the Automobile Club of America.

Survivors: his five nieces, one nephew and 14 great-nieces and great-nephews.

Graveside Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 26 at St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
