AGNES HICKEY SEELEY, CREDIT MANAGER

A memorial Mass for Agnes Hickey Seeley, 91, a retired credit manager, will be offered at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Mark's Catholic Church, 401 Woodward Ave.

Mrs. Seeley, a native of Buffalo, died unexpectedly Monday (Jan. 6, 2003) in Beechwood Continuing Care Facility, Getzville.

She was a graduate of Mount St. Joseph Academy and Bryant & Stratton Business Institute. She was office and credit manager for Gerry Provision Co. for more than 20 years and then worked 20 years at Alexander & Fiden Machinery as credit manager until her retirement in 1982.

Mrs. Seeley was a past president of the Western New York Credit Women Association and enjoyed traveling to conventions of the national association.

She was a proficient china painter. She served on many committees at St. Mark's Church, where she had been a member since the 1950s.

Her husband, George J., died in 1963.

Survivors include three daughters, Patricia A. Izard of Amherst, Kathleen S. Cannamela of the Town of Tonawanda and Mary Christine of East Lansing, Mich.; a brother, Martin A. Hickey of Seminole, Fla.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Seeley donated her body to the University at Buffalo.
