ALEXANDER L. SEELEY

Alexander L. Seeley, 75, of 506 Cogswell Ave.,Solvay,died Tuesday at Community-General Hospital.

He was born in Syracuse. He was a deputy with the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department, a motorcycle officer for the Syracuse Police Department and a veterans' counselor for Onondaga County. He retired in 1984 as a command sergeant major after 42 years in the Army and Army Reserve. He was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors: His wife of 52 years, the former Theresa Valletta; a daughter, Janet L. Golloly of Solvay; a son, David of Peachtree City, Ga.; a brother, Bruce of Syracuse; two grandchildren.

Services: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Bagozzi Twins Funeral Home. Burial, Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners. Calling hours, 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 2601 Milton Ave., Solvay.
