MINNEAPOLIS - Audrey was born in Aberdeen, S.D., in 1915, the middle of five children born to Wilson and Louella Coulter. After attending college at Northern Normal, Audrey married attorney Ferd Reeder, also of Aberdeen. They had two boys, David and Richard, and the family lived in Lemmon, S.D. Ferd passed away in 1953, and in 1964, Audrey moved to Rapid City, S.D., to live with her mother. She worked for over 20 years at Seeley's Men's Wear, and in 1983 she married Nelville Seeley. The two resided at West Hills Village and spent their summers at their cabin in Sand Creek, Wyo. Nelville passed away in 1996. Audrey was also preceded in death by her two brothers, John Bruce and Donald; and by her sisters, Irene and Phyllis.

In addition to her two sons, (David is married to Bette), she is survived by her stepbrother, Carl Loock of Fort Worth; and stepson, John Seeley of Harvard, Mass. She has five grandchildren, Amy, David John, Jenny, Catherine and Sara; and eight great-grandchildren, Gavin, Abigail, Nina, Joseph, Quinn, Olivia, Rachel and Julia.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28, with visitation 45 minutes prior at Lakewood Chapel. Interment will be at Lakewood Cemetery.
