BEVERLY NELTON SEELEY FORT WAYNE

Beverly Nelton Seeley, 70, of Fort Wayne, a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, died Friday, Feb. 19, 1999, at Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana.

"She was a devoted teacher to hundreds and a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She will be cherished forever."

The Cumberland, Wis., native was a retired teacher from the Wichita, Kan., school system after 32 years. She was active in Catholic charities in Prescott, Ariz., Creative Memories and enjoyed tap dancing.

Surviving are her daughters, Shannon Walters of Fort Wayne, Tracy Seeley of San Francisco, and Tara Seeley of Kensington, Md.; her mother, Gertrude Nelton of Balsam Lake, Wis.; a brother, Peter Nelton of Balsam Lake, Wis.; a sister, Cynthia Dunn of Prescott, Ariz.; and eight grandchildren.

Memorial Mass is 2:30 p.m. Monday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Road.

Memorials are to Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana or any Catholic charity of the Fort Wayne/South Bend Diocese.
