Bill G. Seeley dies at 72
Bill G. Seeley, of Chesterton, died Friday, April 15, 2005 at his home. He was 72.
He was born July 30, 1932 in Birmingham, Ala., the son of Billie and Vaudine (Garrison) Seeley, both of whom preceded him in death.
On Feb. 1, 1953 in Mississippi, he married Doris Hardin, who survives.
He is also survived by two sons, Larry and Garry; two daughters, Linda and Laura; a brother, Samuel; seven grandchildren, Amanda and Evan Oliver, Veronica and Zachariah Mounts, Mallory, Jillian and Kaehli Seeley and many loving friends.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Doyle and James Harold.
He was employed as an operating engineer with Local 150.
A funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Monday, April 18 at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton. Cremation will follow services at Heritage Crematory, Portage.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to time of service at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the V.N.A. Hospice Center.
