TUSCALOOSA Carolyn Cummings Seeley, age 97, of Tuscaloosa, died Nov. 7, 2011. Visitation will be Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
A native of Hale County, she moved to Tuscaloosa in 1932.
She was preceded in death by her parents, O.M. and Carrie Cummings; and two brothers, O.M. Cummings Jr. and Lewis W. Cummings.
Survivors include one daughter, Caroline Seeley McClough (Mrs. Jeffrey) of Chicago, Ill.; two grandchildren, David T. Rowe and Carolyn Rowe Shamblin; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and her nephews, O.M. Cummings III, Henry Boone Cunnings, and Lewis W. Cummings Jr.
