MANSFIELD – Mrs. Carrie M. Seeley, 73, of Mansfield RD 3, died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 1973, in the Arnot-Ogden Hospital, Elmira, N.Y., following a long illness.

She was born Sept. 11, 1899, in Barrington, N.Y., a daughter of Wisner and Lyda Spears Haff.

Mrs. Seeley was a member of the Roseville Baptist Church.

She was also a member of Rebekah Lodge 291 and Job’s Corners Grange.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Lemann Benedict and Mrs. Howard Baker, both of Mansfield RD2, and Mrs. Howard Sprague, of Passaic, N.J., a son, Robert, of Mansfield, four brothers, Clifford, Harry and Floyd Haff, all of Dundee, N.Y., and John Haff, of Passaic, a sister, Mrs. Flora Glover, of Dundee, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Kuhl’s, 18 North Main Street. Burial will be in Watson Cemetery, Roseville.

The Rev. Theodore Gould, her pastor, will officiate.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
