Waterford - Cecelia Seeley, 89, of Waterford, died Wednesday at home.

She was born June 8, 1914, the daughter of Mary and Joseph Spissak of West Haven.

She was the widow of Dr. S. Paul Tombari and the widow of Dr. Donald Seeley.

Mrs. Seeley graduated from St. Raphael's Nursing School in 1934.

She was a member of St. Paul Church in Waterford and pioneered Hospice of Southeastern Connecticut. She was one of the organizers and members of the Catholic Guild for the Blind, a volunteer nurse for the Red Cross Blood Bank, a member of the Thames Garden Club, Lawrence & Memorial Auxilliary, and Waterford Women's Club.

She is survived by three children, Ruth Tombari of Niantic, Paul Tombari of Fishers Island and Robert Tombari of Alton, N.H. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Charles Towsley and Meris Tombari.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Paul Church Saturday at a time to be announced. Interment will follow the mass in St. Joseph Cemetery, Norwich. There are no calling hours.

Waterford - Funeral arrangements have been completed for Cecelia Seeley, 89, of Waterford, who died Wednesday.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today in St. Paul Church, Rope Ferry Road, Waterford. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Norwich. There are no calling hours.
