Former Meyersdale Man Killed in Crash At Webster Springs

WEBSTER SPRINGS, W. Va., Mar. 26. – Chester W. Seeley, 52, cashier of the Webster Springs National Bank, was injured fatally Thursday when his automobile crashed into a bridge at the foot of Hoodum Mountain. He died going to a Buckhannon hospital.

Seeley was driving from Buckhannon to his home. Workmen along the road saw the accident and took him to the hospital.

Seeley came to Webster Springs from Richmond in 1932. He formerly lived at Meyersdale, Somerset county, Pa. He is survived by his wife and a daughter, Ruth, 18.

Rites For Seeley Are Held At Richwood

RICHWOOD, March 30. – Funeral services were held here for Chester W. Seeley, 49, Webster Springs banker who was killed in an automobile accident near Buckhannon.

Mr. Seeley had lived in Richwood for many years before going to Webster Springs. He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Ruth.

Burial was in the Richwood cemetery.
