Deanna R.SEELEY , 49, of Longmont died July 31, 2007, at Longmont United Hospital. She was born September 24, 1957, in Denver, Colorado.

Deanna spent her early years on the family farm in Cortez, Colorado, before moving to Cripple Creek, Colorado. The family moved to Longmont in 1968. She graduated from Longmont High School in 1976 and attended business school in Boulder for two years.

She married Robert Seeley in 1988 in Longmont, and they were later divorced.

Deanna started working for the city of Longmont as a secretary for the public works director, and then IBM for 26 years. She was a member of West View Presbyterian Church, was active in 4-H and Rainbow Girls where she was Worthy Advisor and received the Grand Cross of Color award. Deanna enjoyed attending baseball and soccer games and other activities involving her children.

Deanna is survived by her sons, Nicholas Ryne Seeley and Alexander Jason Seeley, both of Longmont, her parents Carrol E. and Alice M. Hamon of Longmont, a brother David William Hamon and his wife Mabel Rosa of Stafford, Virginia, and two nieces Alexandra Emerson Hamon and Caitlin Noel Hamon both of Stafford, Virginia.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2007, at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. Graveside interment will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2007, at Foothills Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2007, at Westview Presbyterian Church with Reverend Bruce McQueen officiating.
