Dennis Harold Seeley, 54, of Hazelton, died Monday, March 24, 2003. He was born March 22, 1949, in St. Anthony, Idaho, the son of Harold and Clella Davis Seeley. He was raised in Ashton, Idaho, where he attended schools, graduating from North Fremont High School in 1967.

He married Sandi Huntsman on Sept. 4, 1968, in Ashton. They lived in Pocatello for a time, later moving to Riverside, California, where he worked for a Blazer Finance Company. They moved to Hazelton, Idaho, where he managed Ida Pride Potato Co. for 20 years. He later went to work for Sun Valley Potatoes Inc. in Paul, Idaho, a position he held until the time of his death. Dennis and his wife were avid golfers and were members of Jerome Country Club. He enjoyed not only golf, but also spending time with his grandchildren, and discussing politics. He is survived by his wife Sandi of Hazelton; 2 daughters: DeAun Trent Stephens of Kimberly, Paulette Jacob Shobe of Hazelton; his father: Harold J. Seeley of Twin Falls; 3 grandchildren: Austin, Aaron, BreAnn; 1 brother: Richard Susan Seeley of St. George, Utah, 3 sisters: Kathy Jim Ghormley of Kuna, Idaho, Kelly Berkeley Orton of Heyburn, Idaho, and Kaye Bob Latham of Twin Falls. His mother and grandparents preceded him in death. Funeral service for Dennis Seeley will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2003, at the Hazelton LDS Chapel, with Bishop Jack Cordon conducting. Interment will follow in Hazelton Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Services are under the direction of White Mortuary, "Chapel by the Park". The family suggests memorials to the Dennis H. Seeley Memorial Trust Fund, % of any D.L. Evans Bank
