HIS INJURY PROVES FATAL

C.E. Seeley, who was hurt at Bonner , dies at the Sisters’ hospital

Missoula. Oct. 1. C.E. Seeley, who on Aug. 5 sustained a badly injured leg while in the employ of the Big Blackfoot company at Bonner, died this morning at the Sisters’ hospital. About two weeks ago the doctors found it necessary to amputate the injured limb, and after the operation Seeley rallied and seemed on his way to immediate recovery, but yesterday he took a turn for the worse and slowly passed away, the shock having proved too much for him. The dead man was about 25 years of age and unmarried. No arrangements have yet been made for the funeral. Seeley was a member of the Odd Fellows. He had worked in this vicinity and in Victor for some time past and left a large number of friends who speak very highly of him.
