Funeral services for Mrs. Effa Dell Seeley, 72, who died in her home at 1421 Broadway, at 1:40 p.m. Monday, as a result of failing health for the last six months, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First Church of God, Maiden Lane, with the Rev. C.E. Byers, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. The body will be returned to the residence Tuesday evening from the Jackson-Lytle funeral home.

Born in William County, April 19, 1870, she had been a resident here for the past 19 years. The widow of Isaac V. Seeley, who died in 1940, she was a member of the First Church of God.

Surviving are three sons, Perley R. of Bellefontaine, Lester V. of Springfield and D. Stanley of Hillards, O.; four daughters, Ida Mae and Carrie L. of Springfield, Mrs. Albert Ratcliff of Alexandria, La., and Mrs. C.L. Quinn, of Lima; a stepson, Claude V. of Springfield; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Fred Mack of Morenci, Mich.; 15 grandchildren and one great grandson.
